Boston's best dermatologists! The staff was very informative and welcoming. Wait time in the waiting room was around 5 minutes. Overall, great experience.

Staff is fantastic for the most part. However, if you are wheelchair bound and require assistance or entrance to certain areas this is not the place for you. I scheduled a bone density and require the use of a Hoya lift as the table does not go lower than a certain height but because there was only one tech on duty I had to reschedule but not before she pointed out that it is my responsibility to make sure there are two techs on duty. I took a day off work, paid to park, traveled to boston for no real reason. Now I have to take another day off to come when they have two techs on duty. Just really frustrating. The receptionist who rescheduled me was super sweet and my PA is also really good but the whole thing is just frustrating.

Endrochronologist Dr Sara ahmadi found my internal chemistry was way off and performed a thyroid gland biopsy with genetic markers which was benign. Now on correct medicine and functional.

Had several charges outside of my co-pay charge, for a facility charge even though these were zoom meetings for Telehealth. The reception is rude, not friendly and not helpful.

Such friendly staff, I’m so impressed with the great service. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and they were very understanding and immediately brought me to the exam room.
