Unfortunately, my experience with this pharmacy was very disappointing. Based on my experience, a claim appeared on my insurance under my name even though I did not receive the medication. When I contacted the pharmacy to ask about it, I did not receive a clear explanation or any real effort to resolve the issue. I requested the medication multiple times and was told it was not available, yet it still showed as processed through my insurance. This is very concerning, as it affects patients’ insurance records and benefits. I strongly recommend that others carefully review their insurance claims and verify what is being billed under their name.

Horrible attitude and barely picks up the phone I’ve been calling for almost a hour no answer

Not all of the time but most of the time one of the two pharmacist has a horrible, terrible attitude towards his customers on the phone and in person. The other one is nice. Why deal with with people within a community that you really care nothing for?I guess it is the money.

Ignore my calls and hang up on me over and over again for a half an hour. My meds have been messed up, and in trying to call them, they ignore me or hang up on me before even talking to me. Deplorable, irresponsible, and disrespectful. I will never go to this pharmacy again. they hold our healthcare in their hands, and they do this to us. Disgusting.
