If I could give this OFFICE a ZERO (0) STARS, I wholeheartedly would! If you are looking to visit this office, I urge you to strongly reconsider. I went in for a bloodwork appointment on 09/8/2025 and waited over an hour in the office only for the staff to tell me that the phlebotomist never showed up. I took my script and went to lab corp to get the bloodwork done. That was already strike one as they made me waste time and gas to get there only for nothing to be done. Then after my results were ready, they told me the doctor would call me for a tele-health appointment but the doctor never did. I CALLED THE OFFICE THREE SEPARATE TIMES as each time my tele-health appointment was made, NOBODY FROM THE OFFICE HONORED THE APPOINTMENT TIMES. Mind you, i'm still responsible for paying the copay

I’ve been disappointed with Apex Heart & Cardiologist. In two months, I’ve never seen an actual doctor—only physician assistants who rush to prescribe medication instead of suggesting lifestyle changes or diet support. Wait times are often over two hours, and appointments are frequently cancelled or rescheduled. Patients deserve better care, communication, and respect for their time.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, and my experience here was amazing. The doctors took very well care of me, and was upfront about everything that was presented and tested. I would for sure recommend this place to all.

I’ve been going to this place since 2009 and they are very responsive and caring. The staff in smalley terrace location is very nice and polite. They make sure you are up to date with what you need. I would recommend them as a primary care physician office.
