The best thing about this place is the evening receptionist. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. My mom was only at this facility 3 days and they ignored her care and she passed away. They didn't even know why, everyone ran around confused trying to come up with a story. The staff on the first floor is not very attentive, they rarely check on their patients. They ignore your concerns. There was a roach in my moms room and we do not have roaches at home. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dont let the online pictures or the lobby fool you this place is old and outdated. Instead of the large fish tank they should have updated the patience rooms.

Families evaluating this facility should be aware that the public-facing first floor differs significantly from the inpatient care floors. While the lobby areas are well presented, our experience on the inpatient floor raised concerns about care oversight for a medically complex patient. We requested escalation, and the patient was transferred by EMS that same day to an acute-care hospital for evaluation and admission. Based on our experience, we would not choose this facility again.

She was able to participate in the services provided by the facility, and she was able to understand what was needed to achieve her goal of recuperating at a comfortable time. Our experience in this place was HORRIBLE. Only the lobby and the first floor look decent, but if you go to the second floor it’s like if you go to a different building, the rooms are awful. The needs of our loved one were not attended to, the nurse to patient ratio is too high so there’s no way they can give the care that they claim they provide. The respiratory team is on site but available ONLY for the first floor, they would not go to the second floor to check on a patient even if you ask because “is not their responsibility”, and this was the main reason why we placed our loved here. We felt that we were lied to when this facility was recommended to us. We are so relieved we took the right steps to take our family member out of this place ASAP.
