IRVINGTON PHARMACY

My doctor sent scripts to this location, they sent me a text message stating that they'd correspond with updates. They never contacted me again. I followed up after a few weeks of severe lapse, and the gentleman on the phone said, "why are you calling me now?" followed by "I don't have your insurance information, do you have insurance?". This was supposed to be a functional alternative to the prohibitive CVS who I usually use. The medications are important.

I love this place. I got fed up with CVS -- higher prices, sucky service, long lines, etc. This place is A+ in customer service and you can drop them a quick email and they always respond!

The location is NOT the best. However, the pharmacist & other employees are so helpful. I find that mom & pop pharmacies are 9/10 better than big chain pharmacies.

The staff at Irvington pharmacy is very courteous, however they have a really limited selection of over the counter medications. My guess is because they are housed in Supa fresh and supa fresh as an OTC counter as well. The employees at supa fresh are ‘supa rude’ and make customers believe as if they are begging them to serve them.
