Springview Pharmacy

Springview Pharmacy is a great local spot in Spring Valley! The staff is super friendly and helpful—they fill prescriptions quickly, explain things clearly, and make you feel like a regular. No long lines like at chains, and they handle insurance/refills smoothly. Only reason not 5 stars is it can get a bit busy during peak hours with short waits, but the personal care and reliability make it worth it. 4 stars—happy to support this neighborhood pharmacy!

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Spring view Pharmacy. Despite having correct paperwork, the staff was reluctant to fill my prescription and their attitude was unwelcoming. They lacked empathy, making the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, I was told they wouldn’t refill the prescription in the future stating “this was the last of the prescribed medication”, a statement that seemed dishonest and left me concerned about my medication needs. This level of service is not acceptable, especially in a healthcare setting.

The technicians and the pharmacists are not only knowledgeable about the medications, but also are incredibly kind and passionate about helping the customers. The service is the best I have experienced when it came to picking up medication and dealing with insurance.

This at once was a very good drug store but lately their attitude and mannerisms are unprofessional, they speak to you over the phone like you have no say so and cut you off when you're trying to explain something then they make you wait over five hours for a prescription delivery and when you call to find out how long more they say with an attitude JUST BE PATIENT!! They should lose their license

Nice small pharmacy with pleasant employees. Went to this location to get the j&j covid vaccination and the experience was very nice. There was a small line and some problems with the state of New Jersey list of people set to get the shot but they worked through that quickly and did a great job giving the shot. It was painless and I was out of the pharmacy within 30, which includes the mandatory 15 mins wait for observation. I would recommend this location for vaccine and anything else you need.
