The staff here were very friendly and courteous.

I've read the 1 star reviews but my experience was good. Granted, there are no elevators for those with disabilities – you need to migrate upstairs from reception to the treatment area. On the plus side, they are forthcoming on your insurance coverage to best of their knowledge and sensitive of your budget. I believe they approximate costs to manage your expectations but, like most medical offices, they don’t know exact amount until doing a final submit to various insurance. That said, this office has given me reimbursements for overage payment on services twice. Reception and doctors are polite and professional, they always seem to be open even on some holidays and take walk-ins. In addition, office is fluent in multiple languages including Korean.

They was 40mins late into my appointment when I went 15minutes earlier. The dentist I had, I think his name was Dr. Kim (he's Asian) he did a decent job, he was quick and knew what he was doing. His assistant Sandra upset me, before they pulled my tooth out I asked her can I have my tooth and she said no. Then after she quickly put it in the medical waste bin knowing that I wanted it as souvenir. I told her according to CDC they say you can return an extracted tooth upon patients request but she didn't care. She said she already put it in the bin. She just disregarded me and I did not like that.

Dr. Kim the female is amazing! I love her so much. She makes you feel calm and speaks to you in a nice way. She truly cares about you as a person and going there is great. Wait time is not long. You’re in and then out quickly if you have an appointment

I like the experience overall professional dentists & also Luisa made me feel very comfortable when she took my X-rays. I will surely becoming back !
