I came to this hospital with my husband, who has a heart condition. His surgery hasn't been scheduled yet, but I don't know how to thank everyone I've met here. They were wonderful, professional, and humble. Even Dr. Stanley is fantastic; he's so patient and takes the time to talk to his patients and explain their condition so they feel reassured and completely at ease. I thank God that we are in this hospital; it's like being in a five-star hotel. Even the food and the people who serve it are excellent. As for Emily, what a loss! She said goodbye to me like a loving sister, saying she had finished her work here. She is a real loss to the hospital; she left a wonderful impression on me. Her care for us was exceptional. If I could give this hospital and their staff 12 stars, I would. Every person that attended to me, nurses, surgeons, assistants, techs...literally everyone are a whole other world of wonderful. This is where you want to go when something is very seriously wrong. The level of skill and expertise...I was, am, and will always be sincerely thankful.

My girlfriend had a scheduled C-Section done here on 12/4/2025 for our beautiful baby girl. Dr. Bayer Ziwello was such a great and knowledgeable doctor. We had faith in her and she delivered gracefully. Great team in this facility given how traumatic our first c-section experience was at Lowell General hospital for our first baby boy. Highly recommended to have your baby here. The only issue I had at the hospital was communicating with the lady at the parking pass office, as I walked up to her she looked at me and said “what do you want”. I replied with “is this were I buy the parking pass” and she said “mhmm”. Maybe I had a bad hair day. Other than that great hospital and doctors.

Very disappointed with the valet service near the hospital. I left my car in perfect condition with brand new wheels. Later, I noticed that one of the rims was scratched. The repair will cost me around $200–250. I always park very carefully and never park close to curbs, which is why this damage is especially upsetting. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I tipped the valet, and only afterwards noticed the damage. The car was returned to me with a smile, as if nothing had happened. If someone cannot drive or park properly, they should not be working as a valet. Damaging a customer’s car and not taking responsibility is unacceptable. I do not recommend this valet service.

My experience with BMC Brighton has been phenomenal to say the least. I started out my pregnancy high risk and was referred to them through my OB. Dr bayer and Dr Stone were amazingly attentive to my care and worked beautifully together to ensure the care i received was what was needed. The LABOR AND DELIVERY FLOOR OH MY GODDD they were like family to us they provided support in some of the scariest times and remembered me through out my pregnancy so when I did make frequent trips back the faces felt so familiar and warm. The nurses wiped my tears and held my hand and I can't thank them enough for the support love and care they gave me and my unborn baby. The care they gave us means the world to me and this team regardless of my health conditions made me feel as normal as possible and car
