My daughter just went in for a burst appendix. This building humbled me as a parent. This hospital is more than a hospital. It’s a place where kids and their families are able to navigate the unimaginable. Every employee at Children’s is not only amazing and skillful at their professions but they all have a sense of grace and compassion. The indoor gardens are amazing. The little museum of facts show this has always been a place dedicated to saving children’s lives. Pro tip: order Panera bread on the app so you can grab and go.

Bring your license or ID to register for your relatives surgery or appointment, all adults have to show ID ! Head to" bridge/main lobby" sign-in there for all appointments, they will give you directions to your destination. Also the Longwood Galleria mall food courts is just a few minute walk from hospital. Cvs also in the LW galleria mall. We also has a 2pm surgery delayed till 4ish. But what can you do, better than be rescheduled, surgery went well. So its a sacrifice and im good with that! Dont forget to get your parking ticket validated when you check in to the hospital(we only paid 15$ for like 6hrs

Meh 😒 What kinda world healthcare experts don’t wash their hands before touching my child’s nose/examination? Dr touched computer keyboard then my child’s face… Disappointed 😢 A wk later he has the flu…coincidence? Maybe or maybe NOT! Please wash your hands! *** Basic hygiene is forgotten in the time of Covid I guess… Haha they wear two masks but don’t wash their hands? Some doctors are great though and facility is nice! That’s a positive… Lastly, very terrible costumer service from whoever they hire to make appointments several times and they never have timely appointments. Clerical staff barely speak properly. A part of me wishes to rate even lower but this one doctor that doesn’t even work there anymore restores my faith in humanity! Overall, my experience was just average to fig

We had my grandson in the emergency department for approximately 30 hours waiting for a bed on the medical floor. He was there for a rare complication from the flu (Rhabdomyolisis). The care from all staff was absolutely outstanding.. the ER was bar far the best I've ever seen.. all private rooms as you have on a medical floor. When he was finally transferred to a floor, the care once again was outstanding. Top notch commutation from all staff. They had a shortage of rooms and beds due to an overwhelming amount of flu patients, so the bed he got was not in a private room. Overall the care and the atmosphere was the best I've ever experienced . Thank you all for the exceptional care you gave to my grandson and to our family.

I've been coming here for years and my experience has been nothing short of excellent! I was born with a rare genetic disorder and I've experienced pain for as long as I can remember. To keep this simple/straight to the point, it was a lot to deal with at a young age. You'd think that a hospital was the last place I'd want to visit, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. A handful of my fondest childhood memories actually come from the CAT/CR center and the wonderful group of people working there. My appointments felt less like appointments and more like one day vacations! I looked forward to my visits because I could see my friends again, have an endless stack of drawing paper, and have three hours of the best comfort. The staff members felt like close friends who genuinely c
