Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with Jayne. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and has not refunded me for a massage that she failed to show up for. I purchased a massage from her online as a gift for my wife's birthday. I prepaid in full and tipped ahead of time when booking. I received several confirmation emails and reminder emails and text messages about the appointment. However, when I drove my wife to the appointment no one was home. We waited for 20 minutes, ringing the door bell, calling and walking around the house to see if anyone was there. Finally she answered the phone and told us that she was watching her grandkids because her daughter recently had a baby and asked if we could do the massage another time. She offered no apology and had a nasty attitude.

Jayne is amazing! She listens to your needs and goes above & beyond with her massages. I’ve been going to her for years and will continue to do so! She’s the best, you don’t be disappointed!
