Came here recently for what ended up being appendicitis. Naturally, the ER process took a while but the staff were truly all excellent. They do their absolute best to treat everyone with compassion. The ER room can be a little hectic (as they all are) but the staff can be firm when needed. They deal with a lot of complex mental states in there and are doing an excellent job. The care staff throughout was so kind and helpful. I can remember all their names but Cesar in the ER triage, Jamie (I think) and Brittany in the ER, Sude, Saskia, Kelsey in the post op rooms. Cindy and the anesthesiologist and the surgeons were very comforting and patient when I was in the most pain and distress. The beds were very comfortable. At times in the ER before I went to surgery I felt like I needed more d
The ER nurses are so sweet and nice, I never really have to wait a long time might be because I am still on pediatrics but they are some of the sweetest and most caring person I have come across always asking if you need something
Aug2022:5⭐: I had my family member transferred into this hospital under emergency circumstances. The medical staff and support personnel were great with my family. This was the type of professional care that should have been received at another hospital, but it wasn't received at all. The outside areas has a valet to assist with immediate parking. The lane continues on around the building into the street.
Hello my Google Family. Spent another week in BMC Hospital for sickle cells and Pneumonia. This was a hard fight but with the help of some amazing Doctors and Nurses I pulled through. Staff overall was nice. Floor I stayed on was new and renovated. Felt like I was at a spa at times. In healthcare I must say that staff needs to stick with what’s tried and true. Wash hands. Be polite when you enter a patient’s room, because they are suffering. Don’t touch IV without washing hands and Gloves. Etoh wipes also. Food service could improve, but I’m not trying to sweat the small stuff. God is good. Thank you to the wonderful staff at my BMC Hospital for saving my life.
Every time I've needed to come to the BMC emergency room, I've received excellent care.
