BILH Urgent Care - Chestnut Hill

Spoke to Chanel today and what a blessing. I’m not feeling great and needed information about the urgent care and their services. She provided me with excellent communication and knowledge of all services with surrounding areas. I was able to get care because of her and I believe she is a true gem in this field. She deserves all the praise thank you Chanel for helping out this momin this tough time. You are truly appreciated.

I came on Christmas Eve after a fall and had a great experience. Though I almost went to another location after seeing Google reviews, I’m so glad I went to BILH urgent care in Chestnut Hill! Even though it was several hours before closing for the holiday, the staff saw me quickly and were cheerful and attentive. I waited in the lobby for less than 5 minutes before being taken back to a room, and was then seen by a nurse practitioner shortly thereafter. I was seen by Dr. Lewis, had an x-ray taken and read by a radiologist in Boston within the hour, and was discharged with the necessary supplies and follow-ups. All in all, I was in and out within two hours. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this urgent care to those in the area.

Felt compelled to write a review because I almost didn’t come here on account of the terrible reviews / score. In fact, we had a really nice experience! My child had a potentially serious set of symptoms emerge, of all times, at 5pm on Christmas Eve. We rushed over for an evaluation and testing and we encountered lovely and helpful people at each stage, from reception to triage to nursing to the doctor. Everyone was super sweet with my young son and was receptive to my concerns. We waited maybe 10 minutes for triage and another 10 to see the nurse, and another 10 to see the doctor. Total visit was about 70 min with testing, and we got clear and actionable information from the doctor. I realize each visit / experience is unique but I felt very fortunate to have chosen this urgent care!

After being refused by ANC urgent care, I came here to get stitches removed from my tongue. The receptionist called in to see if they had someone who could do that, and then i saw Dr. Justin Larson, who did a great job patiently and carefully removing my stiches, and even prescribed me antibacterial and antifungal mouthwashes to take care of it after. Everyone here was very kind and I felt cared for

The nurse at my PCP's office said based on my symptoms, my options were to go here or the ER. It took a little under 3 hours to get treated here but I was satisfied with the results and knew it would take much, much longer at the ER.
