B&G Dental

I’ve been seeing Dr. Townsend for a while now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are professional, gentle, and truly excellent at what they do. You can tell they care about their patients' comfort and long-term dental health. However, the experience with one person from front desk staff hasn’t been quite as seamless. At times, the interactions can feel a bit dismissive or even rude, which is a shame because the actual dental care is top-tier. The other administrative associates have been excellent! I keep coming back for the expertise, but I hope the office management works on the patient service side of things.

I was told I had several cavities that needed to be filled. I have had two consultations with 2 separate dental offices and both confirmed that I did not have any cavities! Really unhappy with the dishonesty at this practice! Last year I was told that I had a small surface cavity and I did have it filled only for my tooth to be extremely sensitive for several months later, even though I had no discomfort before. This along with the fact that I have hardly had any cavities for most of my life made me question when I was told I have 3 more cavities. I'm so glad I got additional opinions.

Always a pleasant experience . I used to be so fearful of visiting the dentist but not anymore . Wonderful staff !

Quality dentistry, friendly staff all around, organized office, and unlike 2 other practices I had been to, they do not try and sell you procedures you don’t need! Highly recommend B&G.

B&G has been great for myself and my two toddlers. The hygienists are incredibly knowledgeable and Dr. Rogers was so great with my 5 year old after some tooth trauma. Highly recommend!
