Beneski is the BEST! Warm, approachable, and really knows it all! 5/5 stars I've been seeing Dr. Beneski for years - he's a very knowledgeable professional and has changed my life through his practice. Not only does he provide chiropractic services, but he also helps with extensive nutrition and GI issues. As someone with the typical corporate "tech neck" and "stiff back", all my tightness slips away after a quick 10-minute adjustment. For digestive issues, he's thorough with discussing your lifestyle and providing relevant supplements from Standard Process. I've advocated for certain supplements to my friends with similar symptoms and they have had positive impacts as well.

I seriously can't say enough good things about Dr. Beneski. I came in as a new patient with some pretty rough neck pain and a bunch of old injuries, and he took the time to really understand what was going on. He was super thorough, kind, and honestly just really good at what he does. I walked out feeling so much better—like, noticeably different. You can tell he really cares and knows his stuff. Just really grateful to have found him. If you're dealing with pain or anything like I was, go see him. Total game changer.

Great experience. I’m a physical therapist myself and in town for the Boston Marathon. Dr. Beneski corrected my SI joint alignment as I knew it needed addressed and also gave me great advice to address myself. He definitely knows what he is doing!

John is incredible! Booked after finding this place through Groupon on a whim and couldn’t have expected such thorough care. I’m super impressed with the service, availability and quality of care. I scheduled only a few days in advance and felt fantastic after my session with Dr. Beneski. Highly recommended. I arrived via Uber so not so sure about parking but it was easy to find!

He has been a fantastic help to me and my family. Unfortunately with how long the drive is from hull we had to stop going. We made the 50 minutes one way trip many times to see him, and I can say he has changed our lives. I greatly recommend him as a chiropractor and someone to contact further.
