I had recently visited on October 17th, 2025. I had a viral infection that was later determined after testing. I had seen many folks with many much more serious cases, so I asked to please wait in the waiting area until final decision where I should go. I believed to have had 3 X-rays, Strep culture, COVID 19 test and other rapid testing. I will believe a few other times I visited that things were going to be a smooth advance to the actual unit. I had also back in 2019 being under a Section 12 care was treated without prejudice and utmost respect. The loyalty and trust from all the employees were great and that I wouldn't seem to have a rough interaction. Had a good experience in their ER. Worked quickly, phlebotomist got 5 vials out of my puny veins which is nothing short of a miracle, staff was caring and friendly. Especially love the X-Ray tech with his "zamboni." Called a few days later to get my records transferred to my primary care physician in Cheshire Dartmouth. If I had an emergency health issue, I'd come back here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

I am dealing with permanent disability because I was ignored when I came here five months ago with paralysis and a tick bite. They said it was viral, that Lyme tests wouldn’t be accurate and never gave me antibiotics that I needed. Four months later wasn’t better and one day on doxy my symptoms started to get better but because of my delay in appropriate treatment I am dealing with possibly permanent mobility issues. At the er the doctor gave my anxiety meds, said my headache was unrelated (it was actually my nerve dying) and I was told I’d be better in three days. It’s been six months now and I think I would be better had I not gone here.

They gave me three wrong medications and I almost died. They also tried to convince me to NOT press charges against my assailant because they didnt want to collect the evidence then they proceeded to collect it wrong to the point my exam was not usable. They also told me I did not deserve respect.
