I’ve had an appointment (for today) for an echo and follow up appt. for a year. Before going to the appointment today I called to confirm and was told there was no echo tech available today and I would have to reschedule for DECEMBER! Yes, 8 months from now! When I said I wanted to keep my follow up appointment with my cardiologist, I was told that he left the practice last year! I understand things happen, but inexcusable not to let me know months ago so that I could have scheduled with a different doctor.

My husband and I have been so pleased with the kind and attentive care that he has received from Baystate Cardiology.

No me dieron un buen trato yo soy un paciente de Lupus en mi primera visita me hicieron un examen del corazón y me encontraron el corazón muy acelerado luego me dieron una cita para 8 meses no me dieron medicamento me pusieron un monitor nunca me lo leyeron al fin nunca me dijeron de qué me vienen esas taquicardias que llevo 2 años sufriendo en este lugar no son profesionales y no sé lo recomiendo a nadie 👎
