We had a great consultation appointment for my 11 year old daughter at Bay State Orthodontics to discuss braces. The staff are kind and the office is very kid friendly. I am not sure of their office set-up, but we were led to a space directly behind the front desk where there were two patient chairs right next to each other (no privacy or space to move around). There was a steady flow of patients and they were getting folks in and out, which I like. Dr. Smith was pleasant and explained all of the information clearly and provided a plan of next steps. Overall, we had a good visit and will return to Bay Sate Orthodontics.

I can't say enough great things about Baystate Orthodontics in West Roxbury! The entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming every time I walk in. Dr. Smith, the main orthodontist at the West Roxbury office, has been fantastic in helping me straighten my smile with digital braces. He’s professional, patient, and really takes the time to ensure I’m comfortable with the process. I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far, and I’m excited to continue my treatment with them. This is the BEST place to go get your braces done! Dr. Chiu and her staff are the best. I first had my braces done more than 10 yrs ago and now, it was my daughter's turn to have hers.
