They charged me $500 extra dollars when my extremely differently abled son was going to get a diagnosis for autism because they spent extra time asking me questions not related to his diagnosis. They asked me what my wife did for work, about what I did for work, and asked me to elaborate about my music and every other little detail they could to extend the visit. At the end the lady even asked if she and my son were "dating" after calling him handsome while she held his hand walking him out of the room. At the time I thought of it as playful, but now I know I was being used to bill for extra time.
