Definitely a 10/10 experience overall. The front desk staff was welcoming. The check in process was seamless. My hygienist was gentle yet thorough. Dr Hopper was extremely pleasant and has great chair side manners. Diana and Kesha were very knowledgeable and assisted me with the financial portion of my visit. I’m looking forward to my return visit!!

I had been a patient here for about a year. My first appointment was with Dr. Hopper, he suggested I get veneers when I said I didn't like the white spots on my teeth. That immediately concerned me but because I was established as a patient and the location is convenient, I stayed. My second cleaning was great!!! I saw Dr. Morales, she was knowledgable and kind. I also had my permanent retainer fixed during this cleaning. All of the hygienists and assistants are very helpful and kind. This visit made me want to stay with Austell Dental. However, I went in this morning to have my retainer fixed because it popped out in the same place that I had it fixed before. I've been a patient here for about 2 years now. The environment is gentle and welcoming which helps me relax during my cleanings and procedures. I've had my wisdom teeth removed and the dental surgeon was acutely aware of my every minute movement to make adjustment to keep me as comfortable as possible. I've noticed the same manner of care throughout the facility and trust them very much with my dental health. Today in particular I had the pleasure of being seen by Diana, who made certain I fully understood my options for treatment plans and scheduling

Horrible shady practice. ** they created a fake account of myself & left them selves a good review with my full name that wasn’t disclosed and mentioned what I called for which is a violation of HIPPA and my privacy I have filed a complaint with dentistry state board and BBB. — I was disappointed I initially scheduled for a cleaning which was $100. When I was seen I don’t believe I received a full cleaning due to needing a full cleaning. They scaled my teeth for tartar and built up plaque for about 20-30 minutes but that was it, no paste was applied, no fluoride or what ever all comes with a traditional cleaning as I’ve experienced at any other offices I have visited. Nothing like a traditional cleaning, it felt rushed (although my total time in their office was 3 hours) I came in for 7:

This was my first visit to my new dentist, and it was a great experience. Everyone was so sweet and comforting from the moment I arrived. My dental assistant, Natalia, was absolutely amazing, super sweet and great at what she does. She made me feel comfortable the entire time. I’m really glad I chose this office and look forward to coming back!
