Amazing Doctor office ..love the place and I adore the people who work there.. especially Victor in the front desk ..makes it me feel so welcomed and sweet remember my name each time I come in. And Dr V. Is amazing makes sure you are taken care of and that anything that is wrong you don't leave without a answer. They are a team that is really concerned about your well-being. Their office is well kept as well nice and clean and has a calming peaceful feel. I enjoy going to my appointment over there. ☺️ Best Masshealth chosen place I have picked for myself ever. Arena Care is awesome! I had a walk-in appointment hoping to find a new primary care provider and everything went very smoothly! Vitor the front desk staff created my account smoothly and was able to see Prameela and April for my visit. Dr Vaidya also came in to further talk about my situation - the whole experience felt very warming and efficient! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new provider!

I've had the best experience at Arena Care! All the practitioners are very kind and take any questions or concerns you have very seriously. I love how I am able to see multiple specialists and can do IV treatments all in one location. Also, the front desk staff are lovely and very responsive re: scheduling appointments or billing concerns. Highly recommend!

Dr. Vaidya and his team are amazing. The logistics run seamlessly, with short wait times and excellent organization. They are also very responsive in case of emergencies. Dr. Vaidya takes a very holistic approach to health and focuses on treating the root cause rather than just the symptoms. For instance, after years of feeling tired, he was the first physician to recommend treating my airways to improve my breathing. After the procedure, I increased my REM and deep sleep time as well as my heart rate variability by 30–50%, and I now feel very energetic.

Unfortunately a horrible experience here. I was not told clearly that they could not provide the healthcare service I went in for, then they proceeded to charge my insurance without even providing me a healthcare service. I called their billing 3 times and never heard back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. *Since it will not let me reply to their justification of poor service, I will edit this message. My concerns were not addressed because I was quite literally told you could not address them, yet I was charged for said concerns. I've called three times to go over my bill yet no one got back to me a single time. It is frustrating that over Google reviews you say you're willing to help when I've already tried and no one has helped. I never make these reviews but this is people's
