I've been a patient here for ore than 30years. Dr Rebala set the bar hi with his level of care. Since his retirement, Dr Kumar has stepped into his shoes and has filled them. He is very caring, knowledgable and tries to get to know YOU not just your health problem. YES, you may wait long for your apt. Way past your apt time but once you see him, you will be satisfied you waited. He will thoroughly address your concerns in a kind caring way.

I called Alden Medical Group today to request that my medical records be sent to Atrium Health. Later, I learned that it can take up to 30 days to release records, so I called back about ten minutes later to see if there was any chance they could send them by tomorrow. They told me the records had already been sent to Atrium Health. Best in Service.

I absolutely want to give this place a good review because my doctor is AMAZING. But the office as a whole? Not so much. My husband scheduled an appointment but they couldn't get him in for a month. Okay, fine. We show up for his appointment a month later and they say his appointment has been rescheduled, saying the dr isnt even in the office. Of course.. After my husband left work early and everything 🤦‍♀️ they said they called, left messages, everything. We have zero record of this on our end- plus he wouldn't of taken off work if they had canceled "a month ago"? My husband travels for work so he literally rearranged his schedule for this appointment. They did the same thing for my ultrasound appointment. The wait time for this Doctora office is very disappointing. I had an appointment at 1145 and didn't even get brought back to a room until 1pm. I asked what took so long and the response, well the Dr is a little behind today. This is an every time occurrence. There were three other people still sitting in the waiting room with 1145 appointment when I was finally brought back. If you can't manage that many appointments then schedule less. I have been a patient of Dr Kumar's since he has started practicing at Alden Medical Group. I can without hesitation saying he is the best doctor that I have ever had. He is not only a superb practitioner but he is also a incredible warm human being who shows great care and concern for his patients. I can agree with some other reviews that there sometimes can be a longer than usual wait but that is because Dr Kumar does not rush or hurry once you are in the examining room. He takes the time necessary to make sure that you get proper treatment. I feel fortunate to be one of his patients. I would give him 10 Stars if I could, not 5. Additionally his staff has always treated me well and always calls back the same day when I need them.
