Have never been so happy with a doctor as I am now!!! Thank you Dr Segerson!!! My husband and I both appreciate your caring, thoroughness and attentiveness to our needs. Office staff are quick to respond, thoughtful, congenial and caring in addressing our needs. Always a pleasure to come to your office for an appointment. Very comfortable office visits. I would definitely give more than 5 stars !

First of all it should have posted 5 huge 🌟. I have been going to Dr.Koneru for a very long time. Blessed I am!!!!! Dr. Koneru is the kindest, caring most thoughtful doctor ever. You can talk to her about anything and she is all about you and your issues. And most importantly she makes sure she finds out exactly what is going on and follows through with EVERYTHING. THANK YOU DR. KONERU ❤. And the staff is so very kind, caring and very patient. Gotta love that! Hugs 🤗

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve had to beg them to send a referral to an ENT/allergist. When they finally sent it, they did not include the required diagnostic medical code for the referral. I let them know about the error. They have refused to correct it while I have been suffering from chronic sinusitis. In another incident, I had a UTI and drove to their Alden location to give them a urine sample. When I hadn’t heard back and I inquired about my test, they said Quest Diagnostic who they were sending the sample to had an issue with their systems being down so they never sent my sample out. They never bothered to contact me about this. Another incident- I had a follow up appointment scheduled and when I called to see if they could get me in sooner because of my sinus

Dr. Koneru and Dr. Segerson are incredible physicians. Their staff are always friendly. If you’re looking for physicians that genuinely care, respond to your concerns, and deliver top notch care, Allied Physicians is the place.

Dr. Koneru is an incredible Dr. I switched to her when she opened her own practice from another Dr. who ran their practice like a factory. She cares about you as a human being, and has a genuine interest in your concerns and health. The one star review is seriously misleading, and could not be further from my experience. I have seen Dr. Koneru twice now in the past 5 weeks. She has been nothing short of kind, timely, and non-judgmental. She has not pressured me into any medications, vaccinations, or otherwise in the slightest. She is accepting of my views and opinions.
