Don’t walk, RUN from this place. Dr Will is unqualified and has poor bedside manner. He is condescending, yet negligent. He almost killed my dog (Scout) and still charged me full price. Came in with a dog in a seizure (dog is known to have kidney disease) , after lab work he improperly treated my dog with seizure medication when my dog was clearly critically deficient in calcium . He then continued to keep him for 8 hours on basic fluids instead of giving him the high dose of calcium he needed. He then wanted to keep Scout over night, with no one on staff there to watch him! That would be 14 hours not monitored. I chose to bring him home and was going to return with him in the morning for more fluids. Good thing I did, because Scout almost died during the night and i had to bring him to O

They came to the rescue when my dog was unable to be seen by anyone else even her primary vet. Due to the circumstances I had an appointment the day I call beyond grateful for the piece of mind they were able to provide.

I went to several vets but Dr Tim was very Kind and loving to my precious dog. I kept taking him in as he didn’t seem right.

Love, love, love Dr. Will & the entire staff at Country Village Pet Care. Extremely friendly & professional and treated our Coco like one of their family. We are thrilled to have found such a wonderful and compassionate veterinarian.
