I've been going to Alden pharmacy for 11 years now. It's so nice to have the personal care because they know you!!! You don't feel like you're just a prescription to them. And their store is absolutely great for getting something for yourself or a gift for someone. I just love this store!!!
Good local business. I'd been thinking of switching to them for a while. But then Rite Aid blew up, and I was forced to switch. I haven't regretted it. No problems with any of my prescriptions, and the service is always fast & friendly.
They're like the little engine that could.....and did....and continued to evolve. Im a transplant from the now defunct Rite Aid, and I sure didn't want to stand in the long lines of the nearest grocery store pharmacy once my scripts were sent over (which felt like a HIPAA issue but ok..). And why would I? Sure, Alden Pharmacy is quaint and adorable, but it's also tech savvy with use of a pharmacy app that is more responsive than my own doctor's portal! My experience here has so far been flawless, and I'm delighted to give my business to a local business rather than some chain that will eventually get sold for parts. I hope Alden Pharmacy has another 100+ years in her!
It's usually a quick in and out at Alden Pharmacy. The staff is helpful and kind.
