Both my mother and my aunt come to see Dr. McBee. The nurse practitioner Donna Pause is an excellent nurse. She takes time to explain things to her patients and treats everyone like family. Keep up the good work.

I am a new patient here, and they did not make a good first impression. First, they lost my appointment. I made the appointment a month ahead. No one called me to confirm the appointment the day before, like most doctor's offices do. This prompted me to call the morning of the appointment to confirm. They could not find me in their system. The front office staff is not friendly at all and they are disorganized. No one greeted me when I arrived, they just kept chatting with each other. Also, the front office staff does not wear a uniform, only the back office staff. The only saving grace was the nurse practitioner. She was very friendly and extremely thorough.

Excellent care and follow up.Everyone from front desk are professional, great,always smiling and happy to help in anyway possible.The lab technician is so kind and professional never has blood draw problems is quick double checking lab to be drawn. Dr.McBee has the best knowledgeable team I have ever seen the PA’s like Donna who stops at nothing to get total patient care completely done ie.exam ,meds ,follow up tests lab appointments and insurance issues.She really cares and fights for her patients needs. Dr. McBee is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and straight forward. She lets you know in a friendly manner what you need to be doing to live a healthy life. I went to her after many recommendations from Monroe citizens.

Nurse practitioner Donna pause is great she listens to you and finds the way to come to a conclusion of what you are dealing with. I recommend Alcovy Internal Medicine.
