Al-Haqq Pharmacy

One of the good pharmacies in the ozone Park neighbor hood. Dominated by Bengali and Indian people. Yet; they are very professional. Help you with the best they can . They got groceries in the pharmacy as well. Drinks milks are available. They have a printer if you need to print or make a photocopy of anything. Neat and clean. Nice environment . Lack of space but the service is really quick and professional.

I was surprised and concerned that the pharmacist on duty was unfamiliar with the EpiPen, which is a critical, life-saving medication for severe allergic reactions. I had to explain that it’s used in emergencies to treat anaphylaxis. This raises serious questions about staff training and patient safety. I hope management ensures proper education for the old lady pharmacist.

Last time visiting this pharmacy. They are horrible and do not follow up with their customer. I had a prescription that was send over on July 28,2025 and no one called to say it was ready for pick up. Fast forward, I go today (August 9th,2025) to pick up a different medication and they filled the medication from July and added it to my bag; an entire two weeks later and now the medication was filled!!! You call and ask if your prescription is ready for pick up and they tell you 30 mins, fine…I go an a later and I still had to wait 20 minutes. It’s a bit ridiculous. And I do not understand why they give medication with such close expiration dates. I got two boxes of the Albuterol sulfate and both expires in 3 months; now I am pretty sure in three months when I have to get it again they are

They are lying about quantities. They gave me 90cnt but then wrote 140cnt in the box. Last time I came here they gave me 2 months medication instead of the 4 I needed
