They made me feel in control, safe, and always updated me on my options at any given time. Even though we learned (WHILE I WAS IN LABOR) that I had an infection between the layers of my corion and amnion that was slowing my labor down, Tiffany and Christina laid out my options and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn’t feel comfortable with. Tiffany is the best midwife you will find in east Texas! She has delivered both my babies and was amazing, attentive and knowledgeable for both. My son was born at home but had meconium aspiration. Tiffany quickly noticed and suggested we go to the hospital. At 2am after she had been with me for a very long labor she went to the ER with us. Tiffany stayed with my baby boy as the nurses and doctors looked at him. She told them what was going on and how to help. (The ER we went to was not very knowledgeable) me and my husband were exhausted and her presence and care for our son was unmatched. I don’t believe another midwife would care for us like that. My son was transferred to the big hospital in Tyler. She constantly checked in with us and even came to check on me and our son at the NICU.
