Palestine Medical Group: Family Medicine

First let me say I love Dr. Webb, however, their phone system has been down for over a month and your calls get dropped. I have been trying to get refills on two scripts that I take. I called three times during the week, not only didn't I ever get to talk with anyone, NOONE ever bothered to call me. Finally went to their clinic to see if I get refills there. The young lady that helped me went out of her way to get Dr Webb to sigh for my scripts and was told that the refill was done. Here it is 5:00 o'clock and three more phone calls to her assistant and still no prescriptions! !! No matter how much iI like Dr Webb, I can't deal with this incompetence and lack of care for patients. Guess I'm searching for a new doctor.

I truly appreciate Dr. Webb and her staff. Dr. Webb is thorough and allows all the time needed for my health issues and questions. Her staff is efficient and personable. I am most fortunate to have her as my Primary Care physician.

First time visiting a Dr's office in Palestine, Dr. Dolores Cook was great! Answered all my questions and concerns. Made me feel extremely comfortable beeing seen by her. Thank you

I absolutely love Dr. Webb. She is the best Dr. I have ever had. She listens to you and works to help you! Not just give you a pill and forget about you. I recommend her highly!!!

Julia and her staff are amazing. They will sit there and take the time to listen to every concern you have about your health and help you in any way that they can. Definitely recommend her to anyone.
