Hometown Pharmacy

Today I left from dentist office after having an extraction done and went to pharmacy to get my antibiotic rx filled. Handed the rx to a girl who said it would be about 30min, i didn't feel like waiting because my mouth was uncomfortable. Two girls were sitting behind the counter on their phones and they said they would shoot me a text when it was ready. I never got a text from the pharmacy and my son went to the drive thru later today and nobody ever came to the window. He ended up having to go in to get my rx. I guess the pharmacist was on lunch break when I was there... hence the 30 minute wait(Unprofessional...) I chose this pharmacy so I could stay out of Walmart. Reconsidering my choice.

They are the reason I shop mom and pop pharmacies. I've been a customer there for years! Great service friendly people

I love this pharmacy! Staff is friendly, and they go out of their way for you. I was sick with the flu and pneumonia and was on my way from Tyler when the staff called to let me know they closed early that particular day, but would wait for me to get their because they knew I needed those meds. They remained open for 45 extra minutes waiting on me!

This place doesn't know what customer service is. It was a good place to get prescriptions filled. Now they don't know what they are doing. They are also rude and disrespectful. I would suggest using a different pharmacy they suck. Edit. I gave this pharmacy another chance and they still can't get the job done. Complete incompetence. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Best pharmacy in Palestine! Hands down. I will forever choose them. So professional and friendly and let's be honest.. they get the medicine right! Such a blessing.
