Integrity Urgent Care - Palestine

We had such a wonderful experience at Integrity Urgent Care today. The doctor who saw my son was absolutely amazing. He is very scared of doctors and normally won’t even allow anyone to take his vitals. However, she was incredibly patient, calm, and kind with him. She took the time to talk to him, explain everything she was doing, and even showed him how the different pieces of equipment worked. Because of her gentle approach, he felt comfortable enough to let her take all of his vitals and even complete a breathing treatment without a struggle. I truly appreciate the compassion and extra time she gave my son. It made all the difference. We will definitely recommend Integrity Urgent Care to others and will absolutely return in the future.

Went into the clinic yesterday for bad foot pain did the online check in very easy to do . Got to the clinic filled out 2 short forms and back in a room less than 2 minutes. Tamara the MA was super sweet. When the nurse practitioners Tina came and talked to me and we got a plan got back to xr and got a shot and meds sent to the pharmacy. Tina knows her stuff she told me what she thought could be wrong and she was right when we got the xr results back. The best service ever I will be coming back for all my medical urgent care needs. So glad we have a great urgent care in Palestine

The provider's caution and care saved my child's life. We went in for what we thought was a simple issue. The provider was very kind and knowledgeable. She urged us to seek further care at the emergency room. This was the correct decision. We were sent by ambulance from the local ER to a bigger hospital with a pediatric department and had my child had emergency surgery. The actions of the provider at urgent care, her willingness to say that our child needed more help than the urgent care provided, her abundant caution saved our child. We thank God for this Christmas miracle, and for the providers at Integrity Urgent Care.

My first visit was a great experience. i was signed in quickly, didn't wait long to be seen and was treated well by every staff member. in fact, after i was diagnosed with strep throat, i was even given an ibuprofen and water while in the exam room to start helping bring my fever down. That small act of care made a huge positive first impression.

This urgent care truly goes above and beyond. I came in sick while having little ones and the staff was quick to help with whatever they could. Doctor Sturgeon was quick to address my sickness while also being very comforting and reassuring. She even offered a hug to a very sick, tired mama. If you want a quick, easy experience I could not recommend them enough. The nurse was also incredible! I will definitely be back thanks to the staff. ❤️
