Aspen Dental - Palestine, TX

I arrived in a great deal of pain. After evaluation, dr found infection and suggested antibiotics and that I see an endodontist. I explained that I was leaving the state for 9 months that same day. I asked if he could just pull it. He said yes, and in less than 30 minutes later I walked out pain free. I appreciate that he listened to me and my situation. There was no pressure to do something else. I'm so grateful for Dr Nguyen and all of his team. Thank you for a no nonsense experience!

The staff was amazing! Bethany was super helpful with all the paperwork and verifying my insurance. Haley the assistant was so nice and helpful getting me in same day to have a tooth extracted and the doctor made the experience smooth and quick when it came to getting the tooth out! Overall experience was a 10 out of 10! Absolutely grateful for this office and staff for getting me out of pain.

Went in with a horrible toothache and couldn’t get in to my dentist because they were closed. They did X-rays and ruled out infection or an abscess but had a bad cavity. Took great care of me and prescribed me some antibiotics to hold me over till I could get in to my dentist. Thankful we have an emergency dental place in Palestine now.. much needed!

Y'all stay far away this office,now everybody up front was exceptional at their jobs,even went above and beyond,but the "caregivers" in the back...Well!! Came in as walk-in as most otr drivers usually have to to get a tooth pulled and possibly some other stuff done last week and they fit me in cuz they had a cancel,now had no infection,so the tooth was pretty much ready,but "2.5 hrs" later,gums all poked on,but still had the tooth!! I came up outta there with almost $500 bucks off of my insurance,so I can only say "Stay Away"!! Oh and the receptionist up front, I'd have given five stars for her actions,Just because She did her job.... Properly!!

I went for an emergency. Needed a tooth pulled. I was there for 3 hours doing ex rays etc. When the dentist finally got to me he said I could pull the tooth myself. Still in major pain. He was more worried about selling me implants. Did not help me at all.
