Zachary Pumphrey, OD

Dr. Pumphrey is fantastic! He takes the time to explain things to you and let you know your options. The price was very reasonable as well and I felt very comfortable with him, like we had been friends for years! The office staff and team are some of the nicest people I have met.

First I want to say I had no problems with Dr. Pumphrey. He was great. The problem I have is with the office staff. When I first went in they pulled the wrong file. They are 2 Tina Johnson's. Dr. Pumphey is the one that noticed. They pulled my correct file but put the other Tina Johnson's eye insurance in my chart. I ordered my glasses and paid the entire amount they said I owed. Went to pick up my glasses when they came in and that said I owed x amount. I said I paid everything that day. They asked to see my receipt and came back and said ok. Everything was good. Get a call a few weeks later saying they filed mine on the wrong insurance and I owed x amount. Went to pay them and it was a higher amount then they had told me on the phone a few days before. Questioned it but paid it anyways

I just love this place. Everyone ther is always friendly and very helpful. They gave me a appointment that was a few weeks away and until I could get in to see them I had no contacts so they said they could give me a trial pair until they could get me worked in at a earlier date. I had no glasses and both my contacts had expired and I could no longer see clearly through them. So if they had not done this I would have had nothing to see with until my appointment. And if anyone knows how hard it is to see without proper vision avaliable when your eyes are really bad they can understand where I'm coming from. So again, I give all staff there a 👍.

Dr. Pumphrey was extremely thorough and caring. He took extra care to explain his findings after each diagnostic test. Highly recommend.

I love Dr. Pumphreys. He’s a very nice man. He takes care of his patients. He talks to them as a person not a doctor. He’s a great person to tend to you.
