Our little town in East Tennessee is so blessed to have our CVS!! The employees always greet you when you walk in or at the drive thru. They are always eager to help you and the Pharmacy staff has gone out of their way to help me with insurance issues. Melva and her team are wonderful people and very professional.
After the move to Hwy 19 it was more than I wanted to drive for my many medicines. In transferring my prescriptions to a new location they were lost or deleted. Now I have to see 4 different doctors to get new prescriptions. Can you say incompetent?
This pharmacy is very dedicated to helping customers understand their medications and take the time for your questions
I'm now a "CVS Girl" due to Walgreens staff, even pharmacy always rude and in a bad mood I moved to CVS and love it.
Friendly employees and helpful, just changed from the west end CVS. Store clean an neat. As far as the Pharmacy, give them a chance, lest you been behind that counter, don't judge. A lot of pressure on those girls to be perfect.
