SOFHA Walk-In Clinic - Elizabethton

I had a very sweet nurse and Dr. Whitney was very kind and understanding. Took care of what I needed. Usually I have to go to multiple doctors to be listened to for literally anything. Not only did they recognize and help me out with my ear infection but cleaned my ear out without hurting me in the slightest. I’m hearing in 4k again😂 Got me in super quick and they were able to somehow be professional AND down to earth at the same time. Definitely recommend this office!

I have a fear of doctors so it took a lot for me to break down and go to the clinic for help. The staff I must say was pretty nice. However nothing was done to help me. I was not offered any kind of medicine. I did labs, which were lost, so no results there. I was sent for an x-ray, which was negative. I was never called back as they promised and only found out my labs were lost because I called back to get results. Very, very disappointing experience a waste of $45 copay.

I went for my first appointment to see my new provider Lindsay PA , the nurse that took care of me did amazing and she drew my blood and did my flu shot almost completely painless. Lindsay was very kind, understanding and shows a lot of care about my health over all and the steps to get to where I need to be. The front office staff was also very kind and helpful.

The absolute best. Tammy Wilhoit is the best FNP I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. She takes her time, is very knowledgeable and always makes me laugh, no matter how sick I am.

The new location by the hospital now has signs which makes it easy to find. The team there is great and will go above and beyond to help. I'm glad they kept an urgent care in Elizabethton. They even do telehealth appointments which is convenient.
