Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethton Rehab & Wellness Center

My stay here was wonderful. Felt like the hospital ambushed me out of there and Signature Health made me feel at home and cared for. Would gladly recommend signature Health to anyone in need of rehab. Great staff, all very caring and helpful. I stay ed on the 200 floor, aka Willow Lane. Glenda, Tina, Diana and so many other nurses took care of me. They were the sweetest, most gentle most caring women/nurses I've ever experienced, and I've been in and out of the hospital and rehab for several years. I will gladly go back if the need arises and I will request the same floor! Ladies, THANK YOU SO MUCH! SINCERELY FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! My dad was there for about 2 years and just recently passed. In all that time I have no complaints. Staff was kind, knowledgeable and willing to listen. The care he received in his last few days was remarkable.

My sister was in here for over 2 weeks. Everyone that works there was exceptionally sweet and done everything to make sure your needs were met. Staff, social workers, janitors, maintenance etc. She has been in 2 rehabs and hospital several times this year due to sickness and not getting around. She said she would definitely come back to Signature Healthcare.

I would recommend this Rehab to anybody!. Im here now and have observed many nurses,aides,thearpy.. none have been rude nor make u feel less than. They all work as a team in every department! The food is great as well!! Thank you for everything you guys have done for me and continue to do for others.If it were possible id give you all a 10 star rating!!

The staff have been great. Pleasant and willing to help. I have had multiple family members here. Never been disappointed.
