I cannot say enough good things about this place. From administration to bedside care, every member of the team treated my dad with compassion and respect. I was always kept in the loop with updates, and anytime I had a concern—like a new medication—they truly listened and took the time to talk things through with me. My dad never complained about the food (which says a lot!) and absolutely loved joking and cutting up with the nurses. They brought him joy during a difficult time, and their kindness meant the world to both of us. There are so many people here I will never forget. Thank you for making such a difference in our lives and playing such an important role in my dad’s final months.

Could not ask for better care for my mother than from the outstanding staff at Hermitage! Dementia makes her challenging but they provide the best comfort possible. Clean facility and well equipped for elderly needs. Highly recommend!

Thay are good to the old people and thay have a clean place for them to live at

This is not the typical nursing home, it's more than that. The staff here makes the residents feel like this is their home. They provide personalized patient care and physical therapy. The residents have a wide array of activities to do during their stay. The dietary department prepares 3 delicious meals a day but anyone can eat when they like. Overall the atmosphere is great and you get a warm homelike feeling while you're there.

If you have to put your loved one in this place, Please go there every day and spend some time to see what goes on. Don't just pop in and out. I spent 4-5 hours every day for about 100 days and my sister did the same in the evening.
