Yeh Lily Dr OD

Although my diagnosis wasn't great. My visit was very good. Dr. Aaron Lewis was extremely polite and had a lot of knowledge about my issue. The color x-ray images were explained. The women that did the exam was very nice. I have already recommended their office. 100%

I’ve been going to Dr. Lily Yeh’s practice for over 10 years, and I guess I just got used to going there. Their staff had been friendly and accommodating.me. I told them I made the appointment online with their portal, I even added insurance information as requested. They said the app doesn’t work, and they couldn’t see me. Their web page indicates if a patient missed an appointment there a $40 charge. I emailed and asked them to give me a $40 credit as the doctor could not fulfill my appointment. They responded by saying I had no appointment, there was no confirmation and sorry that I was confused. I would have accepted any type of accommodation but now I’m upset that they basically blamed me.

Always a great experience. Great doctor. Also Dr Lily is excellent. Very thorough and very nice. Thank you for taking me so quickly. 🎃😁

I do not recommend this eye care practice. Unprofessional and subpar experience. Always feel rushed at appointments. Canceled appointments with lack of communication and no consideration for their patient's schedules and time. Please entrust your eye care elsewhere.

Simply the best!! Thank God for Dr. Yeh. My eyesight was saved as a result of the type of examinations she administers!!
