⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at SightMD from start to finish. The staff is truly amazing — from setting up the appointment, to handling insurance questions, to the follow-up afterward. Every step was smooth, organized, and stress-free. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and personable the support staff is. They make a real effort to connect with you and immediately put you at ease. During all of the pre-testing before seeing the doctor, they explained everything clearly, were patient, and made the entire process feel comfortable and welcoming. Honestly, I would recommend SightMD based on the support staff alone — they are the true gems of this practice and make such a difference in the overall experience. The doctor was also very nice and extremely knowledgeable,

Extremely pleasant office from the first contact, receptionist, to the goodbye on the way out. Organized, everyone keeps you informed of each step. I felt very comfortable asking questions. Dr. Delisle is very pleasant, efficient. Easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

The Enfield office was clean and the staff friendly, welcoming and efficient. I arrived 20 min early and they brought me right in. It was my first time to meet Dr Delisle, but SightMD has my records for the past 20 years. It was a good visit and my eye exam questions and issues were addressed in a timely manner. I hope that the Torrington office will be reopened soon. I had to travel an hour to have continuity of care because SightMd closed our office June 2025. I do have high interlocutor pressure, so my condition requires biannual visits.

Everyone was friendly and took me right away . The eye exam was quick and the drops were fine . Needed to wait for eyes to dilate only 10-15 minutes then saw the doctor. Dr Delisle was pleasant and answered my questions. First time meeting him and was happy with my appointment.

New patient appointment- seen same day for an issue with my eye, the tech was very sweet and patient with me. The provider helped me immediately, I left the office and my eye was 1000 % better by the time I got to my car. Thank you!
