The pharmacist took the time to personally introduce himself which added the element of actually caring about me and any questions I have or may have in the future. The staff have always been quick to address any concern I have and put my mind at ease! They have all been considerate of my schedule and leave nothing in question. CSI Pharmacy has been the MOST CONSISTENTLY positive, professional program that I've dealt with in all of our family's experiences navigating health care. I had to go on SCIG exactly a yr ago. It was a bit frightening and the specialty pharmacy my insurance company provided made the experience even worse. The billing was inefficient, the nurse they sent was substandard and everyone I dealt with was borderline rude, and no one could ever resolve the billing issue, even my insurance rep. When I voiced my concerns to my immunologist, he said they have other pharmacies they use. His office helped me transition to CSI and the service, is total opposite of the previous pharmacy. CSI is efficient, professional and foremost everyone is very compassionate. The quality of service/care is top notch. And the f/b page for patients is a valuable asset.
