I had such a great experience with Burcu. She was so pleasant from beginning to end, very knowledgeable, reassuring, and informative. The office staff and everyone there was very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend her and them if you have any urology needs.

Burcu, the APRN I saw, was truly exceptional! She was professional, a very good listener, and very patient oriented. She confirmed the diagnosis of what I thought I had and prescribed a medication which cleared the infection within five days. She was kind enough to call a few business days later to share the details of the lab work with me. For me, the situation an emergency. I was able to schedule the visit the same day I called. Burcu and the practice’s support staff could not have treated me better.

Burcu was on time and a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions and the office staff was efficient despite needing to see my license and Insurance card even though this was a follow-up appointment. I understand asking for it at the beginning of the year but every visit seems excessive. The staff is just following the guidelines though.
