Received Surgery from Dr Rondon on a torn bicep tendon. From start to finish he was phenomenal. Answered all of the many questions we had, surgery was flawless. Definitely connects with patients. Madison, scheduled the surgery, and answered all questions perfectly.

I have seen multiple doctors at AONE for multiple issues and they've been so kind and responsive. I could go on but I will just state that if you have a problem and want it solved AONE and their wonderful team are the one's who can handle it. AONE makes self-care (joint & bone related) seem effortless. I am so grateful for the professional care I've received from AONE; thanks for skillfully treating issues to resolution, that I probably let go a little too long. Trust is hard to build, but you have mine. That said, I hope I never have another issue I need fixed, but I know where to call if I do.

Excellent! A few weeks ago I went to the urgent care section for an ankle injury. Expecting a long wait, I bought something to do. But by the time I was almost done filling g out paperwork they called me in. On site they took X-rays and got a diagnosis of a severe ankle sprain with torn ligaments. They gave me a walking boot and asked what work restrictions I’d like- really leaving it up to me with their guidance which is great with the type of work I do. I explained my situation for work and helped pin point what the note should say. Staff were knowledgeable and kind. They set me up with a follow up appointment where they reassessed my ankle and gave me a different brace to wean myself into. They gave me room for questions and were very polite again, even though I saw different people tha

Love Advanced Orthopedics! I’ve had 3 extremely successful surgeries; Rotator cuff w/Dr Bissell, extreme neck fusion w/Dr Kruger (Dr Ha), and most recently Complete knee replacement surgery w/Dr Grosso. 6weeks later I’m walking with limited discomfort!!! All Drs there (Springfield, Enfield, Bloomfield…) are amazing. Professional with great bedside manner. The staff at all facilities have been fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. StFrancis Hosp has a great surgical facility that they use which is awesome as well. I’m kinda like a robot So I know the differences between these types of practices. I have used other orthopedic facilities for foot and low back surgeries with less success and hectic unprofessional office staff. You can’t go wrong with Advanced Orthopedics of New England (AON

I was treated like we all hope to be by the receptionist, the initial medical information gatherer, the x-ray technician, and most importantly, Dr. Wasserlauf. Dr. Wasserlauf engaged me fully in face to face conversation and listened incredibly intently. His entire demeanor instills confidence and comfort. He employs a scribe to record info gathered during the appointment as opposed to him facing a laptop throughout and typing. I feel I am completely informed about the course ahead and I have complete trust in Dr. Wasserlauf. He took time to understand my active lifestyle and assured me that I'll be able to resume it post surgery. A friend referred me to Dr. Wasserlauf because his surgery was so successful. I'm optimistic!
