I had a few concerns regarding a dot medical certification that I received. Ruth and Ebony at the front desk were very polite and I give Ebony a special thanks for being attentive to my concerns and taking the time to get me in touch with Lynsay, the practice manager. Lynsay is great - very kind, professional and empathetic, and gave clear answers and guidance. Thank you all for your time and care. Lynsay is awesome.

I went to get a clearance for work and it was fantastic! Ebony at the front desk made the appointment/check in/paper work process seamless and quick! K.C the medical tech was personable and super efficient (i needed a lot of tests), finally, the NP Amy was knowledgable. Whole experience from check-in to seeing the provider felt effortless and welcoming!

Ebony went out of her way to assist me with getting a DOT UA for employment. I went to 2 previous site the same day and they would not help me. She was friendly and thorough. I greatly appreciated her demeanor

I really want to recognize Ebony for her outstanding help. When other offices could not accommodate me, she took the time to really assist me. She went above and beyond, providing genuine support instead of surface-level responses. Her professionalism and effort made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you Ebony for making a very pivotal moment in my life a little less stressful.
