I'm so grateful to work with Natalia. Every appointment I feel completely heard. And in between appointments I have actionable, manageable exercises that I know are custom picked for my needs. Natalia has helped me both before and during pregnancy. She believes women and is respectful and kind. She is full of knowledge! I would recommend her to anyone.

If you smooshed an earth-mother-goddess together with a scientist, you'd get something like Dr. Andrea Nicosia - super laid back, gentle, very relaxed - but extremely knowledgeable. She took her time explaining the various exercises and positions, kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable, understood her instructions, etc., just a lovely person. Super happy I scheduled my first appointment, and looking forward to seeing how I progress over the next few months!

Cannot recommend Natalia highly enough. She really helped me with some issues that I thought were unsolvable. She also helped me get over my fear of medical providers and encouraged me to get checked out for endometriosis by a skilled surgeon, which resulted in me getting a life-changing surgery. She is very skilled and knowledgeable. She also is a very safe person and has the perfect temperament to be in this line of work.

Natalia is amazing. She is a great listener, extremely knowledgeable and relatable. I love that she tailored PT exercises that I can easily integrate into my busy schedule. Pelvic floor should be more openly talked about. Natalia is most definitely helping to get information out there to help women conquer their fear of sneezing. I was referred to Dr. Natalia for pelvic floor physical therapy as I was experiencing chronic pain in my low back, pelvic area, and upper hamstrings. During my initial consult and examination, Natalia was warm, knowledgeable, and instantly made me feel comfortable. Throughout follow-up sessions, I found Natalia to consistently exhibit active listening skills and compassion during our conversations, which isn't something I experienced with the numerous other health providers I was seeing at the time. Also, I trialed Natalia's virtual program and found the app convenient and practical due to her taking the time to post videos of each exercise.
