Lattimore Physical Therapy of Elmwood-Highland

My experience with Lattimore was extremely positive, from my first assessment to each weekly session. The friendly welcome and helpful scheduling which I received initially I found to be the norm. It was a consistently welcoming and comfortable environment for the strengthening and healing I needed. The therapist with whom I worked, Shaughn, could not have been more attentive and instructive about my particular concerns, facilitating a plan for a home routine of exercises which have held me in good stead. His guidance in communicating with my health professionals was invaluable, as well as suggestions for continuing fitness strengthening. I worked with multiple therapists at Lattimore for 2 different issues. I appreciate their outside of work hours and ease of scheduling appointments. Both Shaughn and Justin were professional, empathetic and fun! Lots of encouragement without scolding. Both of my conditions improved, and I appreciate their open invitation to return for tuneups as necessary. Highly recommend Lattimore!

I'm a rather new patient. Natalia has managed to get me appointments with short notice and my busy work schedule. She's empathetic, warm, always shares a smile and makes me feel important. Conor has heard me, is empathetic and has a plan. He's been patient yet thorough. He models, makes sure I understand, watches me carefully and sets me on my way. So far, I'm quite happy with the beginning of my journey!

Justin was great at finding ways to make the PT home exercises accessible and sustainable. He also incorporated exercises that aligned with my interests, which prepared me to continue strength training even after “graduation.” Justin’s passion for what he does shines through in the way he shows up for and motivates clients. I came to Lattimore after dislocating my shoulder for a second time, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Justin Torres was incredibly methodical in his approach — every session had a clear purpose, and I could feel steady improvement week after week. It’s clear he’s a true master of his craft. Thanks to his guidance, my shoulder feels stronger and more stable than ever. On top of that, he was extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and a fellow Knicks fan, which made our sessions even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
