Calnon & Cilano exceeded expectations. This was my first visit, and the front desk made me feel like they had known me for years. The Technicians followed through with that, and were relaxed, friendly, and very professional. The doctor made me feel so very comfortable, reviewed my x-rays, and let me choose from several potential courses of action. I can't get over how caring and competent the entire staff was. I highly recommend them!

Doctor Scott is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had in my life, caring, compassionate, and just all-around knowledgeable of the job!! Their support staff and hygienist are amazing as well. I’m very happy that myself and my kids go to Dr Scott!

Isabella Williams was my hygienist and she is very professional and kind. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and I am very grateful for her and Dr Chris Callon . I chipped a tooth last week and had to go in for an emergency visit with Dr. Scott Koopman at Calnon & Cilano. The whole team was friendly and helpful - they got me in right away and made the whole experience stress free. Dr. Koopman was great. He explained everything and fixed my tooth perfectly. I’m switching my dental care to this office after such a wonderful experience. I’m so grateful for their prompt care and friendly service. Definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist and team. Especially if you live in Chili, NY.
