Dr. Laura Puccia was very thorough and very attentive when I was telling here what was wrong with my eye. I came to them for a second opinion bc the spot I went originally said everything looked fine. Come to find out my cornea in my left eye was scratched and causing problems for me . She prescribed me a steroid for it and other eye drops and 2 days after my visit with her my eye feels like it’s already getting better . Highly recommend Ocusight and her!

I recently visited OcuSight for an eye exam with Dr. Puccia, and it was a fantastic experience. After a long hiatus from seeing an eye doctor, I had some concerns about potential pre-macular degeneration. Dr. Puccia was not only caring but also very knowledgeable. On Aug. 15, 2023, I had the good fortune to garner an appointment at the Ocusight office in Webster. N.Y. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility, itself, was neat and clean, reflecting on the workplace pride staff take in their office. Dr. Pucci and her staff were top notch, and though I had never been there prior to this visit, i was at ease immediately. The optical department also showed the same caring approach to each patient. My daughter recommended this office and I am so glad that she did.

During my visit on December 12th,I was amazed with staff especially the nurses the person that check you in before Dr. She was so polite and kind. Every health care provider should treat every patients kindly and respectful.
