Woodland Family Dental

One star for the front desk ladies. They are so nice! But the dentist is messy, incomplete, and unprofessional. He ruined 4 of my perfectly good teeth to put in bridges that he never finished. He got paid for all of the work but he never completed the work.

Despite what I have heard from other people, I have never had a bad experience beside wait time at woodland dental. The reason for the wait time is they only have 1 main dentist and the rest are hygienist or assistance so the dentist has to work on patients one at a time. They accept my Blue Cross Blue Shield state insurance, and approved me for IV sedation due to anxiety. I show up at the time of my appointment and wait 30-45 minutes typically before dental work (worst wait 2 hours), the assistants keep me company and conversate while we wait. I have had probably well over 10k worth of dental work done by Doctor Dan. Dental work I would have not been able to afford to have done elseway. 3 hour appointment for 3 fillings, can't complain because I don't go home with a bill. I recommend you

DO NOT, DO NOT for any reason, other than you have no other options, go to this Dentistry. More Friends, Family members and others have had terrible service through this office. I went to see them on Aug 1st. 2024, because of a broken top plate. They did the "Modern Wand Sysytem" to "accurately scan the gums for the most exact fittings". I then waited 2 months before I had another visit and then impressions were made. I waited another month before my next visit, which were the wax fittings. Noticing right away that they did not fit right, I told the "Dentist" Lisa that adjustments needed to be made. I was ignored. I Waited another month before my Top plate was ready. It fit somewhat but was told I would need to "glue them in place". The year turned and I still hadn't received my bottom pla

DO NOT GO HERE! Dan is the worst dentist I've ever been unfortunate to come across. I feel obligated to share my experience because I do not want anyone else to go through what I did at Woodland Dental. When I first visited this office, I expected simple, honest dental care. Instead, I was quickly told I “needed” crowns, even though I had never had major issues with those teeth before. There was very little explanation, and I felt pressured into agreeing. I trusted the dentist’s recommendation, but that turned out to be a huge mistake. The temporary crowns he placed were uncomfortable from the start. I developed increasing pain and swelling, and shortly after, I ended up with an infection so bad I had to be put on antibiotics. I tried to get help from the office, but they canceled my app

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Doctor Dan has shown me that going to the dentist doesn’t have to be traumatic! He has shown so much compassion, caring, and the desire to help me achieve a GREAT mouth AND smile! His staff are equally amazing and at times are attentive to my needs since I have to do sedation. I walk in the door and the front desk people always know who I am and have checked in already!! This place is ALL AROUND a GREAT place and im truly blessed to be able to go here!!🩷👍👍
