Every employee I encountered during my visit was friendly and attentive to my needs and questions. My audiologist was Awesome, spending time going over my results in a method allowing me to understand. The technician who helped me pick out a new pair of aids was knowledgable of the products, helping me find the right set to match my current needs with technology. I highly recommend Audiology Concepts to anyone who has hearing issues or is in need of aids to enrichment quality of life!!
