This review is mainly about their new scheduling process. I am switching my doctor due to the overly aggressive behavior of the call center that they've outsourced their scheduling to. I received a phone call 25 minutes after I scheduled an appointment to schedule It is borderline harassment. If I can sue, I will. Addrndum- Now I'm getting unsolicited phone calls from their complaint center about this review. Read the room. I don't want to talk to you. I want you to leave me alone. I talked to a supervisor and was told I was wrong. I was told my last appointment was 20 months ago and that was a long time and I should make another one. Why? I'm heathy.I scheduled an appointment and went to the doctor who didn't know why they kept calling me.

Used to be great when Jennifer and Megan were there, dealt with Tina and she basically called me a liar because I told her how much I get charged and have to pay for televisits, said there is no way I would be billed that much. Wants to do a televisit every time I need a refill on my prescription which Megan never did. They cancelled my in office appointment then called to remind me I said you guys said it was cancelled, they called to remind me 2 different days to come in on a cancelled appointment, my son goes here as well and has had issues, completely disorganized and Tina is not the type of doctor I want to deal with. Really sad because I lived this place and me and my son have been going here for over 8 years.

Used to be a great office at the Walden location the entire staff has changed right down to the receptionist. They are slow and didn't even address any of my problems. Spent a long time checking insurance boxes will not return. I am a person not an insurance claim

So I'm not even going to try and explain the runaround I got today just to get an appointment just to get my medication let's just say I'm not feeling too confident with the Walden office at all. Let's just say if I was unconscious I would be scared. After a huge runaround today I was hoping to have my medication before 9:00 and it's 25 to 9 and it still wasn't even called in. I called back four times. They said it was being called in I'm like no it's not.

Very pleasant staff...caring, compassionate NP Marybeth Lewis...but just recently can't get hold of them
