Impulse Physical Therapy (Buffalo / Depew / WNY)

I’ve worked with Dr. Peters for nearly a year after a serious hip injury. I sought him out after reaching the limits of traditional physical therapy, where therapists often handle several patients at once, and wanted a more focused, 1:1 approach to return to strength & running. My progress has been remarkable. Dr. Peters’ programming stands out for its intentional variety and customization—it’s always thoughtful and never generic. He is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and explains the reasons behind each exercise. I feel stronger, more confident, and supported in my recovery. I highly recommend him.

I've been working with Dr. Alex for the past few months on a neck/shoulder issue. He is, by far, the best PT I've worked with to date. He is thorough, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable about the complexities of the human body. I feel cared for, respected, and encouraged every time I work with him. As for my injury progress, I am currently pain free and have been able to go back to a lot of my favorite activities including lifting weights and pilates!

I had a fantastic experience here! I had foot surgery back at my college and was going home for break. Alex helped me so much, and got me in a great place going from non-weight bearing to weight bearing. Communication with my school was also fantastic. Definitely recommend any athlete to come here.

Alex is a super therapist. He was able to not only determine exactly what was wrong, but create a specific plan for healing. His talent is locating the true pain source where traditional therapy has not been ineffective. Without his help designing a specific plan for therapy, returning to tae kwon do wouldn't have possible. Thank you Alex!

I went to Impulse Therapy Center after seeing their add on Facebook. The staff were helpful, and after just two sessions with Dr. Katherine, my left foot/ankle pain was reduced and I was able to get back into running again without limping. She definitely knows her craft and very friendly. Thank you! I sure will come back if I have any issues again. :-)
